Terms of service

These terms cover appointments booked through this website. The care itself is governed by Czech healthcare law and by the treatment agreement you sign at reception.

Booking. An online booking is confirmed by SMS. The slot is yours from the moment that confirmation arrives.

Cancellation. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in the confirmation SMS. Self-pay visits cancelled later, or missed without notice, are charged at 50 % of the listed price.

Prices. The prices on this site are the current self-pay prices. What your insurer covers is confirmed before treatment starts, never after.

Emergencies. This website is not for emergencies. Call 155 or 112 for chest pain, breathing trouble or heavy bleeding.
