Privacy policy

Salus Clinic s.r.o. is the controller of the personal data you give us. This page explains what we keep, why we keep it and for how long.

Medical records. Your health data is processed so we can treat you, as required by Czech Act No. 372/2011 Coll. Records are kept for the statutory retention period. They are never sold and never used for advertising.

Booking and contact forms. Your name, phone number, e-mail, chosen department and message are used only to arrange or confirm an appointment. Booking data is deleted twelve months after your last visit unless it forms part of your medical record.

Patient portal. Results and written plans are shown to you over an encrypted connection. Only the clinicians involved in your care can open them.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete anything that is not covered by the medical retention rules. Write to recepce@salusclinic.cz and we answer within thirty days.

Cookies. This site sets functional cookies only. There are no advertising trackers.
